Theological Studies - Popular Christian Belief Systems

In the course study “Popular Christian Belief Systems” Students will be introduced to four of the main views of theology held by the majority of Christians; Dispensationalism, Calvinism, Covenant Theology, and New Covenant Theology. These individual belief systems are also known as “filters.” Meaning; a lens (perspective) believers have been taught to look through in order to view the scriptures. During this course, we’ll cover these belief systems in detail in an effort to identify the truth of God’s word, seen through the eyes of Christ, now living in a New and Better Covenant with better promises.
